In 2014, there are several elected officials
you will be voting for, which include, federal, statewide, and local officials.
Additionally, Washington has several statewide initiatives on the ballot, and
Poverty Action is taking a stand on two of them. The two initiatives are Initiative
594, which would make gun sales safer, and Initiative 591 that would make gun
sales less safe. Poverty Action is asking folks to Vote YES on Initiative 594,
and Vote NO on Initative 591.
If you live in Seattle, please Vote YES on
Proposition 1, which will preserve bus lines and reinstate some routes that
have been cut.
