WorkSource Redmond is hosting a Mock Interview Session on
Wednesday, February 18, from 1pm-3pm at WorkSource Redmond, 7735 178th Place NE, Redmond. There is space for about 20 customers. Employers will conduct mini
mock interviews with each person (10 minute interview and 5 minutes for
feedback). Customers will provide their resumes and job titles they want to
practice interviewing for ahead of the interviews. Registration is required. If
you are interested in participating please email your first and last names
directly to Denise Barbour, dbarbour@esd.wa.gov and use the email subject line:
"Redmond Mock Interviews." Denise will confirm if she still has space
to accommodate the request, based on first-come, first served.
WorkSource Back2Work Now! will be having a career fair on
Monday, February 23. Session #1 will be 1pm-2:30pm and Session #2 will be
2:30pm-4pm at Electrical Apprenticeship Building next door to WorkSource
Renton, 550 SW 7th St., Renton. For more than 100 job seekers, this job fair
will be especially helpful for job seekers who have been out of work for 5 or
more months, but all are welcome. The fair will include career and workforce
training resources breakout sessions and a recruiting event with: United Site
Services, Service Linen Supply, Amtrak, MV Transit, New Era Staffing, Goodbye
Graffiti, Seaport Steel and more to come! Registration is required due to

WorkSource Renton Public Sector and Government Employer
Panel & Recruiting Event is on Tuesday, February 24, from 1pm-3:30pm at
WorkSource Renton, 500 SW 7th Street, Renton. For about 45 job seekers
interested in government employment. The first hour of the session will be a
facilitated employer information panel, and during the second half each
employer will have their own recruiting table so job seekers can chat with them
one-on-one. Participating employers include US General Services Administration,
City of Renton, Washington State Patrol, and US Customs and Border Protection.
