“Rent Smart” Tenant Rights Workshop 7/24

If you are a renter or plan to rent housing in the future, I want to let you know about the “Rent Smart” Tenant Rights Workshop next Tuesday, July 24, from 4 to 6 at Beacon Hill Library.

“Rent Smart” is a workshop for current and future renters and tenant advocates, where you will learn to:

• Know & assert your rights as tenants
• Find affordable housing & navigate landlord screening criteria
• Protect yourself from eviction & housing loss
• Learn how to get deposits back & repairs made

The “Rent Smart” Tenant Rights Workshop is next Tuesday, July 24, from 4—6 pm at Beacon Hill Library Conference Room at 2821 Beacon Ave S, in Seattle. It’s free!
