Veterans and their families are invited to participate in the Working with Our Troops Expo. It will take place on Thursday, July 16^th from 10am to 2pm at Washington State Convention Center on the 6^th floor. More than 100 employers will be present. Please register for this event at workingwithourtroops.eventbrite.com. Registered participants also get a complimentary boxed lunch at this event. South Seattle College’s Warehouse Logistics Program starts on August 3^rd. This program lasts for 8 weeks and includes a two week internship. South Seattle College is still accepting students for the First Steps Program through Friday, July 10^th. This program is totally free to people who receive Basic Food or unemployment benefits. Learn the skills to get a job in an office including Microsoft Office, data entry, customer relations and communications. Call 206-934-5835 to get registered.
